1. Agreement to These Terms
Effective date: July 5, 2014 | Last updated: October 13, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bronxton website at www.bronxton.com and any related subdomains (the "Site"), and your purchase of products from Bronxton, whether online or in one of our stores. The Site and our business are operated by Bronxton eCommerce LLC, doing business as Bronxton, referred to in these Terms as "Bronxton," "we," "us," or "our." By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 20). The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
2. Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create an account. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products
Bronxton designs and sells premium men's apparel and related accessories. We take care to present our products — their materials, construction, fit, and provenance — as accurately as we can. Even so, product images, colors, and descriptions on the Site may vary from the item you receive, because screens render color differently and natural materials vary. A variation of this kind is not a defect. Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct a description or price at any time without notice. We do not warrant that any product, description, or other content is complete, current, or error-free.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated and shown at checkout. We make every effort to display accurate prices, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing and give you the choice to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it (see Section 5). You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance of it. A contract of sale is formed only when we ship the item to you. Until then, we may decline or cancel all or part of an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, if there was an error in pricing or description, if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms, or if we cannot authorize your payment. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across the United States and internationally to select countries. Orders typically ship within three (3) business days. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $150; for orders under $150, standard rates apply and are shown at checkout. International orders are quoted by the carrier at checkout and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the item. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. 7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible, an item must be accompanied by the original receipt, have its original tags attached, and be in its original box or packaging. Refunds are issued to the original card used for the purchase and typically appear within two to four (2-4) business days once the return is processed. Items purchased from November 17 through December 25 may be returned through January 15 of the following year, or within 30 days of the purchase date, whichever is later. The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: altered or tailored items, including watches that have been sized; all alteration fees; and sale and discounted items. These categories are final, with no exceptions. For exchanges, contact us with your preferred size or color; we will confirm stock and guide the swap. 8. In-Store Purchases and Appointments
Bronxton operates stores in Utah (City Creek, Salt Lake City; Fashion Place, Murray; South Towne, Sandy; University Place, Orem). Purchases made in a store are subject to the policies provided at the point of sale, which may differ from online terms. Fitting and styling appointments are offered as a courtesy; availability is not guaranteed, and booking an appointment does not reserve inventory unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed toward purchases online or in store, and may be reloaded with additional value. Bronxton gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees — the full value stays available until it is used. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are void where prohibited. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to the terms stated with each offer. They cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, apply only while supplies last, and may be modified or ended at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed using a code obtained or used in violation of its terms or in bad faith.
11. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly through our contact page (www.bronxton.com/contact) if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; introduce malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users; resell or commercially exploit the Site or our content without our permission; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending access, and cooperating with law enforcement.
13. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including the Bronxton name, logos, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Bronxton or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site for shopping with us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
14. Content You Submit
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to us or the Site, you grant Bronxton a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, with attribution where practical. You represent that the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone's rights or any law. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion and are not obligated to use or keep it.
15. Privacy and Your Personal Information
Your trust is central to this business, and your personal information is not a product we sell. Bronxton does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing, and we do not trade your data for profit. We do share limited information with the service providers who make our business run — for example, our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and the email and analytics tools we use to communicate with you and improve the Site. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and not for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public. How we collect, use, protect, and share personal information, and the choices and rights you have over it, are described in full in our Privacy Policy (www.bronxton.com/privacy). If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with the Privacy Policy on a data-handling question, the Privacy Policy controls.
16. Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow it, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the rights of consumers under applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bronxton and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bronxton and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Bronxton agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchases will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you and Bronxton consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. This section does not deprive you of any right to pursue a claim in small-claims court, or of any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer laws of your home jurisdiction.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms on the Site. Changes apply going forward; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
21. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and Bronxton regarding the Site and your purchases.
