This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when and with whom we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to your use of our website, your purchases online and in store, and your other interactions with us. Our website is powered by Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf to provide the store to you. By using our website or buying from us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If it conflicts with our Terms of Service on a question about personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.
2. Our Promise on Selling Your Data
Your trust is central to this business, and your personal information is not a product we sell. Bronxton does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own independent marketing. We do rely on trusted service providers to run the business, and we allow limited, controlled sharing with advertising partners so we can show you relevant Bronxton ads. Section 6 explains exactly what that means, and Section 8 tells you how to opt out of that advertising sharing at any time. Outside of that, your information stays with us and the providers who work for us under contract.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: • Contact details — your name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number. • Order and payment information — the items you view, add to cart, purchase, return, or exchange; your order history; and payment details. Full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store them on our own systems. • Account information — your username, password, preferences, and settings, if you create an account. • Communications — what you tell us when you contact us, for example through our contact page or about an order. • Device and usage information — your device, browser, IP address, and how you navigate and use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
4. Where We Get It
We collect personal information directly from you (when you order, create an account, or contact us), automatically from your device as you use the website, and from service providers who collect or process it on our behalf.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: provide the store and fulfill your orders (process payments, ship items, handle returns and exchanges, manage your account); communicate with you about orders and respond to your questions; personalize and improve your shopping experience; send you marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time; keep the store and your account secure and prevent fraud; and comply with the law and enforce our terms.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only in these situations: • With service providers who work for us — for example, our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, shipping carriers, email and customer-communication tools (such as Klaviyo), and analytics providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and not for their own purposes. • With advertising partners, for Bronxton's own advertising — we allow partners such as Meta to use certain information (like items you viewed or purchased) to show you relevant Bronxton ads. We do this to promote our own business, not to hand your data to others to use as they wish. Under some state privacy laws this may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information, and you can opt out at any time (Section 8). • When you ask us to — for example, to ship you an order or when you use a social-login or social-sharing feature. • For legal and safety reasons, or a business transfer — to comply with the law or valid legal process, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights and our customers, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction. We do not sell your personal information for money.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences and cart, understand how the site is used, and — where enabled — support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the website works. Where required, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your orders and account. Opt out of targeted advertising ("sale"/"share"). You can opt out of the limited ad-related sharing described in Section 6 at any time at www.bronxton.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out. If you visit our website with Global Privacy Control enabled, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser or device. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; ask us to delete it; ask us to correct it; receive a copy in a portable form; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
9. Children
Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security and Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending us sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the store, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
11. Our Relationship with Shopify
Our website is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the store in order to provide and improve it, and may use certain data across the merchants it serves. Information you submit is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and may be processed in countries other than where you live. We may transfer, store, and process your information outside the country where you live, including in the United States, using recognized safeguards where required.
