SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 1-6 business days from order date. Shipping can take 1-6 business days from the date it was processed. Shipping methods may vary according to an order’s shipping address and weight. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and protectorates, APO/FPO/PO boxes, will be shipped via United States Postal Service and are subject to changes therein.
Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Once an order has been processed in our office, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your order was shipped.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGES

Bronxton is not responsible for any of these cases, but we will be happy to assist with issues by opening a case with the carrier to investigate the problem.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Products returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Please note that refunds exclude original and return shipping charges. We accept returns only on merchandise that has not been worn, ridden, washed or otherwise used/abused. We would be happy to exchange any item in new/sellable condition. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
