Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150; below $150, standard rates apply at checkout. We ship across the United States, and internationally to select countries — international orders are quoted by the carrier at checkout. Delivery times after handoff to the carrier vary by destination and service.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to the original payment method, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached where applicable. During the holidays, items purchased from November 17 through December 25 may be returned through January 15 of the following year, or within 30 days of the purchase date, whichever is later. To begin a return, write to us from the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation with your order number, and we'll send instructions. Sale and discounted items, and altered or tailored items — including sized watches — are final sale and cannot be returned.
